As the digital one stop shop for all things wedding registry and planning, Zola is an exciting addition to the Ignite affiliate family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"About\"><\/span><br>About<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2013 by Shan-Lyn Ma, Zola is a New York-based wedding site priding itself on ease of use. Zola boasts partnerships with vendors such as KitchenAid, Le Creuset, Sonos, and Airbnb. Not to mention, their services are free. With over 100 free wedding website templates, gift registries, and guest list managers, they have couples covered. Founder and CEO, Shan-Lyn Ma originally started Zola to reinvent the wedding registry process. Now Ma sees an opportunity for growth as the company received $100 million in funding in May of 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma hopes Zola follows couples from their engagement into their early years of marriage. With over 500,000 couples using Zola for their numerous wedding management tools, we\u2019d say they\u2019re off to a great start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With numerous weddings being planned within the Ignite team, Zola\u2019s arrival couldn\u2019t be more timely. Senior Media Manager, Abby Herber, is currently in the process of planning her wedding using this wedding site and couldn\u2019t say enough about how much she\u2019s enjoyed the platform. Combining her website and registry, great recommendations from the wedding planning tool, and the ability to delegate gift arrival from the registry are just a few of the things Abby listed. In addition, the registry has extensive flexibility. Abby noted, \u201cThe options available for the registry are awesome. I could create a fund or download the Zola browser extension to add anything from other stores\u201d. With all of these free tools at the modern bride\u2019s fingertips, Zola has taken wedding planning to a new level of ease and convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-strategy\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strategy\"><\/span><br>Strategy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At first glance, Ignite OPM saw an opportunity to grow Zola\u2019s mobile traffic and increase installs of the Zola app. Additionally, the sales team saw synergy between Zola\u2019s core demographic and some existing clients. The team started growing the Zola program with many existing relationships. Ignite Media Manager, Alex Howell, looks forward to leveraging Ignite\u2019s wedding-focused publisher base. Alex\u2019s target demographic primarily consists of engaged females, ages 25-34, living in large urban centers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senior Account Manager, Lindsay Hazlett, looks forward to working toward increasing both bride-to-be signups, as well as guest sales on the platform. Looking to the future, Lindsay sees the opportunity to extend the reach of Zola\u2019s e-commerce capabilities to the home goods space. She&#8217;s looking beyond the wedding realm into the first few years of marriage.
